Sitting of the Native Land Court at Te Araroa.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Te Araroa on the 20th day of June, 1910, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made to a Judge of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of the Native Land Court Act, 1894, confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.

Meeting of the Waikato District Maori Land Board.

Auckland, 21st May, 1910.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waikato District Maori Land Board will be held at Auckland on Thursday, the 9th day of June, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it. It is hereby notified, for the general information of parties, that, unless reason is shown to the contrary, the Board will dismiss, on the ground of non-prosecution, any of the applications hereinafter referred to as “Adjourned Applications” which are not brought on for consideration at the meeting.
