INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION.

THE following countries now belong to the Convention :- Australia.

Italy. Austria-Hungary.

Japan. Belgium.

Mexico. Brazil.

New Zealand. Ceylon.

Norway. Cuba.

Portugal, with the Azores and Madeira. Denmark and Faroe Islands. Dominican Republic.

Servia. France, with Algeria and Spain. Colonies. Sweden. Germany.

Switzerland. Great Britain. Tunis. Holland, with East Indian United States of America. Colonies, Curacao, and Surinam.*

Separate arrangements have been made between Australia and New Zealand.
