NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Maharahara Copper-mines (Limited), held on the 25th day of April, 1910, a special resolution was passed that the said company be wound up voluntarily, and that such special resolution was confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held on the 11th day of May, 1910.
