Withdrawal of Notice of Entry into Negotiations for Acquisition of Native Land by His Majesty.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS, in pursuance of clause sixteen of the Native Land Purchases Act, 1892, there was published in the New Zealand Gazette and Kahiti of the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ten, a “Notice of Entry into Negotiations” by His Majesty the King for the purchase of the Te Ahuaturanga Block, otherwise known as Section 200, Block VIII, Woodville Survey District, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District:
Now, in pursuance of the provisions of the aforesaid clause sixteen, it is hereby notified that from and after the date hereof the said “Notice of Entry into Negotiations” by His Majesty, in so far as the interest of Albert Karaitiana in the said land is concerned, is withdrawn.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Authorising Natives to lease Land under the Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1908.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection (b) of section fifteen of the Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1908, and acting on the recommendation of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorise the Native owners of the undermentioned land to lease the same, subject to the condition that the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1909, as to leasing are complied with:—
Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 3A Section 3B No. 2.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
