Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waimate County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waimate Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Additional Land at Avondale taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Avondale, in addition to land previously acquired for the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.
THE parcels of land mentioned hereunder:—

Approximate Area of each of the Parcels of Land taken. Being Portion of Situated in Block No. Situated in the Survey District of
A. R. P. 0 0 3·7 Right-of-way known as Station Road III Titirangi.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 17770, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.
