DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between GEORGE OSWALD SUTTON and ARTHUR TRAVERS BENDALL, Public Accountants and Auditors, Wellington, has been dissolved as from 21st February, 1910.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned, JOHN GALES McCULLAGH and HENRY GOWER, carrying on business in the City of Auckland as Drapers, Clothiers, &c., under the name, style, or firm of “McCullagh and Gower,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

CHANGE OF SURNAME.
TAKE notice that we, THADDEUS JULIAN MAZURKIEWICZ, the Elder, Doctor of Medicine, and THADDEUS JULIAN MAZURKIEWICZ, the Younger (his son), Medical Student, both of the City of Christchurch, in the Dominion of New Zealand, have for some time now past ceased to use our said respective surnames of “Mazurkiewicz” aforesaid; and we do hereby give further notice that from the date hereof we will hereafter respectively take and adopt our said several second names of “Julian” as our respective and proper surnames, and that we shall and will hereafter be severally and respectively known and recognised for all purposes whatsoever as “Thaddeus Julian, senior,” and “Thaddeus Julian, junior,” and in such names or by such titles as last aforesaid will respectively sign all deeds, documents, papers, letters, writings, from the date of this notice.
