I, IVAN NORMAN SPEDDING, Member of the Royal
College of Surgeons, England, 1909, Licentiate of the
Royal College of Physicians, London, 1909, and now re-
siding at Dunedin, Otago, do hereby give notice that I
intend to apply on the 24th day of April, 1910, to have my
name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of
New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my
qualification at the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths,
and Marriages.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1908”; and in the
matter of the Rough-rider Clothing Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the
Rough-rider Clothing Company (Limited), held at
the company’s registered office, at Auckland, on the 28th day
of February, 1910, the following resolution was passed:
“That the Rough-rider Clothing Company (Limited) be
wound up voluntarily, and that Charles Arthur Stubbs,
of Auckland, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the
purpose of such winding-up”; and such resolution as
aforesaid was duly confirmed by a general meeting of the
above company, held for that purpose at the place aforesaid,
on the 14th day of March, 1910.

NGARUAWAHIA COAL COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ngaruawahia Coal
Company (Limited) has passed, and on the 7th
day of March, 1910, duly confirmed, the following special
resolution:—
“That the Ngaruawahia Coal Company (Limited) be
voluntarily wound up, and that Messrs. Thomas Runciman
and Thomas Percival Wing, of Auckland, be and they are
hereby appointed Liquidators, and the Directors empowered
to fix the remuneration to be paid to the said Liquidators.”

WEST’S PATENT TIRE-SETTER COMPANY (NORTH
ISLAND OF NEW ZEALAND), (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company held on the 28th February, 1910, the follow-
ing special resolution was duly passed, and was confirmed
at a meeting held for the purpose on the 15th day of March,
1910:—
“That, owing to the patent rights of the West’s Patent
Tire-setter having expired, the company be wound up volun-
tarily.”
Further, “That David Duncan, of Auckland, Accountant,
be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes
of such winding-up.”

In the matter of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,”
and of the Rangitaiki Drainage Board.
I HEREBY give notice that, by an order made by His
Honour Mr. Justice Edwards on the 9th day of March,
1910, I have been appointed Receiver of all that part of the
Local Fund of the Rangitaiki Drainage Board which is
liable, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans
Act, 1908,” for the payment of debentures amounting to
£3,000 issued on the 12th day of January, 1903.
And I further give notice that I shall be at Whakatane on
Thursday, the 7th day of April, 1910, ready to confer with
all persons concerned or interested in the above matter.
