PUBLIC notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 223 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” that the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company called for that purpose, held at the company’s office, 99 Queen Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 28th February, 1910:

1st. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.

2nd. That ALFRED LOVELL WHITE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
