Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon and vested in me by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities me thereunto enabling, and in accordance with the recommendation of the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board aforesaid, do hereby remove and revoke the restrictions existing against the alienation of the said land, so as to permit the interest of the said Otene Pitau to be sold.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Waikohu Survey District, containing 4 acres 1 rood 19·5 perches, more or less, known as Puhatikotiko 8D2, and comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 26th day of June, 1908, subject to the restriction that the land comprised therein shall be "inalienable, except with the consent of the Governor, by sale, or by mortgage, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years."
