of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1 (page 4),
of the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and ten, and hereinafter referred to as “the said
Proclamation” :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance
and in exercise of the power and authority vested in me
by the said Act, do hereby amend the said Proclamation
as follows, namely: By adding the words “and part of
Section 1” after the word “Block” wherever that word
occurs in the second column of the Schedule to the said
Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight
Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of
Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Additional Land in Waiau Survey District taken for the Purposes of the Orepuki-Waiau Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Orepuki-Waiau
Railway to take further land in the Waiau Survey District,
in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of
the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.
THE parcels of land mentioned hereunder:

do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Closing a Government Road in Block I, Piopiotea West Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof :
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road in Piopiotea West Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
