NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, CHARLES EDWARD HOPGOOD and JAMES SINCLAIR HERRON, carrying on business as Storekeepers at Pukeran, Otago, under the style or firm of “Hopgood and Herron,” has been dissolved as from the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nine; and that all debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Sinclair Herron, who will continue to carry on the said business alone and in his own name only.

As witness our hands, this eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, JAMES ALEXANDER ROBERTSON and ROSS MOORE, carrying on business as Coachbuilders and Blacksmiths at Southbridge, under the style of “Moore and Robertson,” was on the 1st day of March, 1910, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said James Alexander Robertson, by whom the business will in future be carried on.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between us, the undersigned, DONALD WILLIAMSON, CHARLES WILLIAMSON, ALEXANDER STUART, in the business of Sheepfarmers carried on by us, Greenstone District, under the style or firm of “Williamson Brothers and Stuart,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the day of the date hereof. The said Donald Williamson and Charles Williamson will continue the said business, under the style of “Williamson Brothers,” and will receive all debts due to and pay all debts due by the said late firm.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on between ALBERT DELLOW DONALD and ERNEST JAMES EASTWOOD, under the style of “Donald and Eastwood,” Cycle Importers and Engineers, at Pahiatua, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 28th day of February, 1910. All liabilities of the firm will be discharged by the new firm of A. and R. Donald, who will also receive all moneys owing to the late firm, and who can alone give a good discharge therefor.
