of the affairs of the said company on the 31st December,
1909 ; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true, and by virtue of "The Justices
of the Peace Act, 1908."

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1908"; and in the
matter of the Dargo Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
An extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above company held at Port Chalmers on Wed-
esday, the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and ten, the following extraordinary resolution was duly
passed:-
"That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company
cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and
that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the com-
pany be wound up accordingly."
And at such meeting JAMES HENRY GRAY, of Port
Chalmers, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the
winding-up.
