NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between us, the undersigned, EDWARD WALTER WALDEN and JOSEPH BARTON, in the business of Architects, carried on by us in Dowling Street, Dunedin, under the style or firm of “Walden and Barton,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the day of the date hereof. The said Edward Walter Walden will continue the said business in his own name, and will receive all debts due to, and pay all debts due by, the said late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned, JAMES FREDERICK BRUNDELL and PATRICK O’DRISCOLL, carrying on business as Plumbers at Princes Street, Dunedin, under the style of “Brundell and O’Driscoll,” has been dissolved as from the 26th day of February, 1910.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1908”; and in the matter of the Malcolm Furnishing Company (Limited), a private company carrying on business at Palmerston N.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 1st day of March, 1910, a special resolution was duly passed by the shareholders of the above-named company, as follows:—

“That the Malcolm Furnishing Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that THOMAS FORSYTH, of Wellington, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Ohinemuri County Council to execute a certain public work—to wit, a stock-paddock—in the block of Native land called “Orangipirau Number 1,” in the County of Ohinemuri, and for the purpose of such public work to take, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and “The Public Works Amendment Act, 1909,” the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

And notice is hereby given that a copy of the plan of the said lands so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Ohinemuri County Council, at Paeroa, in the said county, and is there open for public inspection.

And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Ohinemuri County Council, at its office, Belmont Road, Paeroa, and for this purpose a notice is also published in the New Zealand Kahiti.
