PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand passed in the eighth year of the reign of His Majesty King Edward VII, and intituled “The Marriage Act, 1908,” the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England.

The Reverend Herbert Alfred Walke.

The Reverend Francis Hugh Radford.

Westland Land Board.—Election of Member.

I, GORDON HURRELL MORLAND McCLURE, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Westland Land Board, do hereby notify, in accordance with the provisions of section 41 of “The Land Act, 1908,” and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated to fill the vacancy occurring on the said Board was George Mallinson, Esq., of Moana.

I do therefore hereby declare that GEORGE MALLINSON is duly elected a member of the Westland Land Board as from the 31st March, 1910.

Tenders for Mail-service, Cambridge-Hamilton.

SEALED tenders will be received by the Chief Postmaster, Auckland, until Tuesday, the 15th March, 1910, for the conveyance of mails from 1st April, 1910, to 31st December, 1912, between Cambridge and Hamilton daily (a) by motor-car, and (b) by coach. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and any tender which may be accepted may be terminated by the Postmaster-General on his giving three months’ notice in writing.

Land in Auckland Land District for Disposal under Section 128 of “The Land Act, 1908.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of “The Land Act, 1908,” that the undermentioned land will be disposed of to the holder of adjoining land, under section 128 of the said Act, on or after Thursday, the 28th day of April, 1910.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 22A, Block VIII, Waipoua Survey District, containing 10 acres, or thereabouts.
