Land taken for the Purpose of a Lighthouse in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under “The Harbours Act, 1908,” and “The Public Works Act, 1908,” for a certain public work, to wit, for the purpose of a lighthouse in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District:
And whereas the Gisborne Harbour Board has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by “The Harbours Act, 1908,” and “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a lighthouse, and shall vest in the Gisborne Harbour Board; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Vincent County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Tarras Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee, licensees, and mortgagee of the Crown land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Hobson County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu and Tutamoe Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
