This run is situated on the North Island Main Trunk Railway, between Ohakune and Waiouru, and is adjacent to Ninia Township and Karioi Railway-station. It comprises open flat tussock land of inferior quality. The run is offered subject to the right of the late licensee to remove, within such reasonable time as the Land Board may determine, any temporary fencing he may have erected, excepting fencing along boundary of his Run No. 2, Rangipo-Waiau-Murimotu.
Rent will commence on date of possession, which will be given on date of sale.
The term shall be seven years from the 1st March, 1911, and shall also include the period between date of possession and that date.
