Notice appointing First Meetings of Hospital and Charitable Aid Boards.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on me by section 28 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,” I, George Fowlds, the Minister in charge of the administration of the said Act, do hereby appoint that the first meeting of each Hospital and Charitable Aid Board mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be held on Friday, the 1st day of April, 1910, except as regards the Bay of Plenty Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, where the meeting shall be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of April, at the time and place respectively set opposite thereto in the second and third columns of that Schedule.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Puniu Survey District for the Use, Convenience, and Enjoyment of the Tokanui Mental Hospital.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a mental hospital at Tokanui—and for the purposes of such public work, and for the use, convenience, and enjoyment thereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post-office at Kihikihi, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, Wellington.
