Opening Settlement Land in Canterbury Land District for Selection.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1908,” and “The Land for Settlements Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Tuesday, the twenty-ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Acts.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT. — AMURI COUNTY. — ANNAN SETTLEMENT. — WAIAU TOWNSHIP.

Flat land, with soil of good quality. Altitude, about 420 ft. above sea-level. Fronting on the main road from Waiau to Kaikoura, about half a mile northward from the Waiau River Bridge.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
