SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Waitohu Survey District, containing 128 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, known as Obau No. 3, Subdivision 26, Section 16, and comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 13th day of November, 1891, subject to the restriction that “the said land may be let for a period of twenty-one years, but shall not be otherwise disposed of,” and which said restriction was by order of the said Court dated the 15th day of September, 1897, varied as in the said order is set out.
