NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 11th November, 1910, was duly confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 8th day of December, 1910 :—

“That the Silver Hill Gold-mining Company (Limited) be placed in voluntary liquidation, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that WILLIAM GRAY, of Auckland, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolutions were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at its registered office on the 23rd day of November, 1910, and duly confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held at such office on the 9th day of December, 1910 :—

  1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
  2. That HENRY DAVID ABBOTT, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
