A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a post-office:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office as aforesaid; and it is hereby declared that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land taken for Road and Quarry in Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for certain public works, to wit, for the purposes of a road and a quarry in Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District:

And whereas the Whangarei County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said road and quarry; and the land taken for the said road shall vest in His Majesty, and the land taken for the said quarry shall vest in the Whangarei County Council, as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waipukurau County Council, the Tamumu and Mangatarata Road Boards, being the local authorities in whose districts the said land is situated, proclaim as roads the land in Pourerere and Motuotaria Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto, which are not required by reason of the roads described in the First Schedule hereto.
