Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihaha No. 3p No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo, on Wednesday, the 18th day of January, 1911, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.’’

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whareongaonga Block (part) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Meeting-house, Pakirikiri, on Tuesday, the 10th day of January, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the owners of the unleased subdivisions of this block or any part thereof shall, either by themselves or in conjunction with the owners of any other land, become incorporated under Part XVII of the Native Land Act, 1909.’’

Otorohanga Native Township.

NOTICE is hereby given that nominations for four seats on the Council of the Otorohanga Native Township, as constituted under the Native and Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1902, and the Native Townships Local Government Act, 1905, close with the undersigned at 5 p.m. on Thursday, the 15th December, 1910.
Forms of nomination may be obtained at the post-office at Otorohanga.
In the event of more than four nominations being received, an election will be held at Turner’s Hall, at Otorohanga, on Wednesday, the 21st December, 1910.
