NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Sitting of the Native Land Court at Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Port Fitzroy on the 5th day of January, 1911, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Wellington on the 16th day of December, 1910, to hear and determine the appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said appeals are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

The Native Land Court Act, 1894.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application by Mere Raku and others, under section 39 of the said Act, to amend the several orders of the Native Land Court dated the 22nd day of January, 1910, appointing successors to the interests of Herewini Waitatari, deceased, in Ahiateatua B, Matahia, Puhunga No. 2, Taikatiki, Taoroa No. 2, and Wairangi No. 1 Blocks.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas it is found that the said orders were made in error:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said errors, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid and by section 433 of the Native Land Act, 1909, I hereby order that the said orders in respect of Matahia, Puhunga No. 2, Taikatiki, Taoroa No. 2, and Wairangi No. 1 Blocks be and the same are hereby severally amended by substituting the names of Mere Raku (f., one-third share), Te Paea Aparoa (f., one-third share), and Hamiora Aparoa (m., one-third share) as successors to the said Herewini Waitatari, deceased, in lieu of Erueti Rena and Eruera Ngaronoa; and, furthermore, that all orders founded upon the original orders be amended accordingly.

As witness my hand and the seal of the Court, this 26th day of November, 1910.

The Native Land Court Act, 1894.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application by Raniera Pokai, under section 39 of the Native Land Court Act, 1894, to amend the order of the Native Land Court dated the 18th day of October, 1894, appointing successors to the interests of Maata Pokai alias Tarahau, deceased, in Ahikouka No. 2 Block.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas it is found that the said order was made in error:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid and by section 433 of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is hereby ordered that the said order be amended by adding thereto as additional successors to the said deceased persons the following names: Raniera Pokai (m.), one-eighth share; Maraea Pokai (f.), one-eighth share; Tokena Pokai (m.), one-eighth share; and Katerina Pokai (f.), one-eighth share.

As witness my hand and the seal of the Court, this 26th day of November, 1910.
