A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waipa County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Newcastle and Komakorau Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

Amended Regulations.—Leave of Absence.—Holidays.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of December, 1910.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities thereunto enabling him, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the regulations set out in clauses numbered fifty-nine to sixty-seven, both inclusive, under the heading “Leave of Absence: Holidays,” in the Schedule to an Order in Council dated the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, for the classification and regulation of the Post and Telegraph Department, and also, in so far as they affect the Post and Telegraph Department, the regulations as to leave of absence in the public service made by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the following regulations respecting leave of absence and holidays of officers of the Post and Telegraph Department of New Zealand, and doth direct that such revocation shall take effect and the regulations hereby made shall come into force on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
