IT is hereby notified that the application of Wiremu Huihi and others under section 39 of the Native Land Court Act, 1894, in respect of Pahoro No. 2 Block, has been dismissed; and, furthermore, it is ordered that out of the sum of seven pounds (£7) lodged by the said Wiremu Huihi as security for the costs of hearing the said application, three pounds (£3) be paid to Tamati Huihi, of Kakepuku, the balance to be returned to Wiremu Huihi.

Meeting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board.

Auckland, 26th November, 1910.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board will sit at Auckland on Tuesday, the 13th day of December, 1910, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and such other matter as may be lawfully brought before it.

It is hereby notified, for the general information of parties, that, unless reason is shown to the contrary, the Board will dismiss, on the ground of non-prosecution, any of the applications hereinafter referred to as “Adjourned Applications” which are not brought on for consideration at the meeting.
