Notice of Date of coming into Operation.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS it is provided by "The New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909," that the said Act shall come into operation on a date to be named by the Governor by notice in the Gazette:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the said Act shall come into operation on the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
