Re Craigs Freehold Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
TAKE notice that the name of the above-mentioned company will, at the expiration of three months from the date hereof, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the company will be dissolved.

DAYLIGHT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, at 14 Bond Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 31st day of January, 1910, at 5.15 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation by the Liquidators; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of.

PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the undersigned, the Golden Bed Dredging Company (Limited), of Miller’s Flat, and Exchange Court, Dunedin, being the holder of the mining privilege specified in the Schedule hereto, hereby applies to surrender the same, and to obtain in substitution therefor a license for a corresponding mining privilege under that Act.

Time from which priority is claimed: 1st February, 1870, being the third right out of the creek.
