Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's Bay Land District.

P R O C L A M A T I O N.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of "The Land Act, 1908," I, William Lee,
Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner,
the mortgagee, and lessee of the land comprised in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Hawke's Bay Land Board,
hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be a public road; and I also declare that the road
in Maungaharuru Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also do hereby, with the like consents
as aforesaid, proclaim and order the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road described in the First Schedule hereto.

All in the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured
as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.
Given under my hand in His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Com-
mander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the
Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the Dominion of New Zealand, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and nine.
