Application under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” dismissed.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application by Kumepo Karetu, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for cancellation of the succession order, made on the 22nd day of October, 1897, for the interest of Te Kanui, deceased, in the Ngatitara Block.

IT is hereby notified that the above-mentioned application has been dismissed, and leave to appeal against this dismissal is hereby granted on condition that the sum of £10 sterling be deposited with the Registrar of the Native Land Court, at Wellington, within fourteen days after the date of the issue of this notification in the Gazette and Kahiti.

As witness my hand, this 15th day of November, 1909.
