NOTICE having been lodged with me by Tini Here-
taunga and Ruihi Pahi, of Pakipaki, Hastings, that
they have taken Te Hukarere Maremare, the daughter of
Maremare Eria and Rora Eria, to be their adopted child,
and a certificate by a Judge of the Native Land Court, as
required by Regulation No. 6, having been received, it is
hereby notified that the said notice of adoption has been
duly filed and registered.

Taradale, that they have taken Henry Oneone Tareha, the
child of Kurupo Tareha and Mabel McCellend, to be their
adopted child, and a certificate by a Judge of the Native
Land Court, as required by Regulation No. 6, having been
received, it is hereby notified that the said notice of adoption
has been duly filed and registered.

THE MOUNT IDA DEEP LEADS PROSPECTING
COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above
company, which was held at the County Buildings,
Naseby, on Thursday, the 21st day of October, 1909, the
following resolution was duly carried:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the share-
holders that the company cannot, by reason of its lia-
bilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to
wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be
wound up voluntarily; and that WILLIAM EARDLEY, of
Naseby, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the
purpose of such winding-up of the affairs of the company.”
