registered office in New Zealand, at Shortland Street, Auck-
land, hereby gives notice that it is the intention of the
company, after the expiration of three months from this
date, to cease carrying on business in the Dominion of New
Zealand.

shareholders of the above-named company will be
held in my office, Water Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the
25th day of November, 1909, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of
having a certified account laid before them showing the
manner in which the winding-up of the company has been
conducted and the property of the company disposed of,
and of hearing any explanation that may be given by me as
Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary reso-
lution the manner in which the books, accounts, and docu-
ments of the company, and of the Liquidator, shall be
disposed of.
