NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.
Sitting of the Native Land Court at Opotiki, Bay of Plenty.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, on the 12th day of November, 1909, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of an application by Tiemi Kawana, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for cancellation of order of succession to interest of Mohi Ropiha, deceased, in Parewanui No. 10 Block.
WHEREAS the above-mentioned application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report: And whereas it has been reported that the succession order of the 5th day of August, 1905, was made in error, and should be varied: Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the succession order above mentioned is hereby varied by awarding the interest of the said deceased in the above-mentioned block to the undermentioned persons, in the shares set opposite the names of each respectively:—
Piripi Ropiha, 1/5th share; Te Roku Ropiha, 1/5th share; Rawinia Ropiha, 1/5th share; Tamati Kawana, 1/15th share; Atareta Kawana, 1/15th share; Tiemi Kawana, 1/15th share; Te Puata Hereatara, 1/15th share; Tiako Hereatara, 1/15th share; Raina Haani, f., 14 years, 1/45th share; Pokairangi, m., 12 years, 1/45th share; Nura Ngahuia, f., 11 years, 1/45th share: and Maihe Ranginui to be appointed trustee for the above-named minors.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of an application by Mary Jane Philomena Moore, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for cancellation of succession order to the interest of Heni Hekiera, deceased, in Wairau Block XII, Subdivision 13.
IT is hereby notified that the above-mentioned application has been dismissed.
