NOTICE is hereby given that RECKITTS (OVERSEA) LIMITED, a company incorporated in England, and carrying on business in New Zealand, has removed from No. 43 King’s Chambers, and that its present office or place of business in New Zealand where legal process of any kind may be served upon the company and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered is at No. 8 Victoria Street, Wellington.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, ALEXANDER TELFER, of Woodgrove, Sheep-farmer, and WILLIAM JOSEPH BURKE, of Woodgrove, Sheep-farmer, carrying on business as Sheep-farmers at Mount Hilton, Woodgrove, under the style of “Telfer and Burke,” was on the 3rd day of July, 1909, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned Alexander Telfer, by whom the business will in future be carried on.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between ALBERT EDWARD GLOVER and EDGAR ROWLAND MCBURNEY, in the City of Auckland, in the trade or business of Island Fruit Merchants and Traders, under the style or firm of “Glover and McBurney,” was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by the said Albert Edward Glover alone, and he will receive all debts due to and discharge all liabilities of the said firm.

NOTICE UNDER “THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” for the purposes of a public school within the meaning of “The Education Act, 1908,” the following land, namely:—
All that piece of land, containing four acres and twenty-six perches and two one-hundredths of a perch, more or less, being Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, and the northern parts of Lots 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45, of the subdivision of Allotment 16 of Section 9 of the Suburbs of Auckland.
And that by Order in Council dated the 23rd day of August, 1909, gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette on the 2nd day of September, 1909, the consent of the Governor in Council to the taking of the said land was obtained.
A plan of the said land is deposited at the public office of the Grey Lynn Borough Council, in Rose Road, Grey Lynn, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the erection of a public school or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publi-
cation of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland, at its office, Victoria Arcade, in Queen Street, in the City of Auckland.

NGARUAWAHIA TOWN BOARD.
SPECIAL ORDER MAKING TRAFFIC BY-LAW.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by “The Town Boards Act, 1908,” “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and the various Acts amending the same, and all other Acts and powers whatsoever in this behalf enabling, the Board of the Town District of Ngaruawahia doth hereby make and ordain by special order the by-law following, to come into force on the 1st day of November, 1909:—
By-law No. 4.—Bridges.
No person shall take, lead, ride, or drive any horse, engine, agricultural or other machine or vehicle of any nature over any bridge of a greater span than ten feet under the control of the Ngaruawahia Town Board at other than a walking-pace.
No person or persons shall cross more than thirty head of cattle at one time over the Waipa River Bridge at Ngaruawahia.
Any person who shall, after the coming into operation of this by-law, commit a breach of same shall, on conviction thereof, be liable for each offence to a penalty not exceeding £5.
The above resolution was duly passed as a special order at a special meeting of the Ngaruawahia Town Board held on the 25th September, 1909, and confirmed at a special meeting of the said Board held on the 25th October, 1909.
