All the provisions of “The Mining Act, 1908,” and the regulations made thereunder, for securing payment of the aforesaid rent and royalty, for insuring the regular, proper, and efficient carrying-on of mining operations on the land the subject of this license, and for the inspection of all mines and workings therein and thereon, and for the forfeiture or abandonment of this license, shall be deemed to form part of this license, and to be incorporated herein.
