NOTICE is hereby given that the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, on the 4th day of October, 1909, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Wanganui on the 11th day of October, 1909, to hear and determine the several appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said appeals are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
