Auction under " The Maori Land Administration Act,
1900," and amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned
lands are open for lease by public auction by the Board
for a term of twenty-one years, with right of renewal for
further terms of twenty-one years, at the Courthouse, Te
Kuiti, at 11 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, the 5th day of October,
1909.

are hereby offered for lease by public auction for a term
of twenty-five years, with right of renewal for a further term
of twenty-five years, at the Courthouse, Whangarei, on Tuesday,
5th October, 1909, at 11 o'clock a.m., on Monday, the 18th day of
October, 1909, under the provisions of "The Maori Land
Administration Act, 1900," and amendments.

ON MONDAY, THE 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1909, AT 11 O'CLOCK A.M.
UPSET RENTAL IS SUBJECT TO ALTERATION BY THE BOARD.
ANY SUCH ALLOTMENTS NOT BEEN TAKEN
BY THE NATIVES WILL BE OFFERED AGAIN AT THE SAME
COURTHOUSE UNDER MENTIONED SECTIONS ON MONDAY, THE 18TH DAY OF
