Order under Section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894."
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of a reference by the Chief Judge of the said Court, under section 49 of "The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895," to inquire and report on an application by Rititia Maremare to vary the restriction imposed on the partition of Patangata No. 1 Block.
WHEREAS the above matter has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas it has been found that the restriction imposed on the partition of the Patangata No. 1 Block was imposed in error: Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," I hereby order that the orders of the Court dated the 17th day of December, 1907, on partition of the Patangata Block be and the same are hereby amended by inserting therein the following restrictions, namely: "That the said land shall be inalienable by sale, gift, or mortgage, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years."

Order under Section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894."
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of a reference by the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, under section 49 of "The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895," for inquiry and report as to whether the order of the Court, dated the 6th day of February, 1896, appointing successors to Kaho te Tou, deceased, in Lot 167, Parish of Pepepe, was made in error.
WHEREAS the above matter has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas it appears that the order appointing successors to Kaho te Tou, deceased, was made in error:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," I hereby order that the order of the Court, dated the 6th day of February, 1896, appointing successors to Kaho te Tou, deceased, in Lot 167, Parish of Pepepe, be and the same is hereby cancelled.

In the matter of an application, under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," by Te Awhio Haipene to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the order of the Court appointing successors to Haipene, otherwise Haipene Iharaira, deceased, in Ohotu No. 7 and Ranana Blocks.
IT is hereby notified that on inquiry into the application by Te Awhio Haipene, under section 39 aforesaid, it is found that the orders of the Court appointing successors to Haipene, otherwise Haipene Iharaira, deceased, in Ohotu No. 7 and Ranana Blocks were made in error: Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the orders of the Court, dated the 20th day of February, 1909, appointing successors to Haipene, otherwise Haipene Iharaira, deceased, are hereby amended by deleting therefrom the age of the successor to Haipene, otherwise Haipene Iharaira, deceased. And it is hereby further ordered that the trustee orders, dated the 20th day of February, 1909, appointing a trustee for Te Awhio Iharaira, the successor to Haipene, otherwise Haipene Iharaira, deceased, be and the same are hereby cancelled.
