And it is hereby ordered and directed that a general meeting of the proprietors of the said block shall be held at Frasertown (Te Mira) on Saturday, the 25th day of September, 1909, at the hour of 10.45 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of nominating a committee to administer the said land, and fixing the number of its members.

And it is hereby further ordered that the committee shall have full power to defray the reasonable costs and expenses consequent upon this incorporation or incidental thereto, and that the title to the said land hereby vested in the corporate body above named shall be subject to all existing rights, alienations, encumbrances, and contracts affecting the same or any interest therein.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Titi Islands, adjacent to the coast of Stewart Island, and known as Horomamae, Wharepuaitaha, Kaihuka, Potuatuа, Pomatakiarehua, Tia, Taukiapa, Rerewhakaupoko, Mokinui, Mokiiti, Timore, Kaimohu, Huirapa, Taketu, Heretatuа, Te Pukeotakohe, Tamairemioka, Pohowaitai, Poutama, Here Kopare, and Pikomamaku.

To all to whom it may concern.

YOU are hereby ordered to refrain from trespassing upon all or any of such said islands, or from taking or killing any birds thereon, unless you have the consent in writing of the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the time being of Southland permitting you to kill birds upon any of the said islands. Such consent shall state the season or time during which it is to be in force, and if the donee of the same exceeds the permission therein granted he becomes a trespasser ab initio. It is hereby also ordered and directed that this order shall be served by publishing the same in the Kahiti and Gazette, and that this order shall remain in force until it has been definitely ascertained by this Court who are the persons entitled to the easement or privilege of taking and killing mutton-birds upon the said islands, as provided by section 24 of “The Land Act, 1908.”
