All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 108 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block XII, Tarawera Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 51799/90, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PIROBIHORI THERMAL RESERVE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 331 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block X, Tatua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by the Rotorua-Taupo Road and Wairakei Stream, 563·5, 470·2, 60·5, 448, and 445·5 links: towards the south-east by a branch of the Wairakei Stream aforesaid and the Wairakei Block, bearing 62° 44', 1470 links; 67° 47', 5151 links; 67° 06', 10832·7 links; and 221° 42', 1275 links: towards the south-west by the main Ohinemutu-Taupo Road, 2200 links: towards the north-west by Run No. 92, bearing 67° 15', 19525 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50095/24, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

WAIRAKEI.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 1 of Block X, Tatua Survey District, containing by admeasurement 262 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the south-west generally by the Rotorua-Taupo Road, 3513·1 links; thence towards the north-east by Small Grazing-run No. 19 and a reserve, 9650, 6300, and 400 links respectively; thence towards the south-east by a road, 100 links wide, along the Waikato River; again towards the south-west by the Wairakei Stream to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50095, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

RUAKURI CAVES SCENIC RESERVE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 90 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of Section No. 6, Block X, Orahiri Survey District. Bounded towards the north and towards the north-west by the right bank of the Waitomo River; towards the north-east by the Hauturu East No. 1A Block; towards the south-east and towards the south generally by the Waitomo Valley Road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 2, Block X, Orahiri Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51624/36A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

RUAKURI BUSH SCENIC RESERVE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 192 acres, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block X, Orahiri Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the Hauturu East No. 2c Block, the crossing of a public road, and again by the said block; towards the north-east by Section No. 8 (N.R.), Block X, Orahiri Survey District, by the crossing of a public road, and again by the said Section No. 8 to the left bank of the Waitomo River; towards the south-east by the said bank of the Waitomo River; and towards the south-west by the said bank of the Waitomo River, and by Section No. 2 of the said Block X to the Hauturu East No. 2c Block aforesaid: exclusive of a road reserve which intersects the above-described area: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51624/36, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

WAITOMO CAVES SCENIC RESERVE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Hauturu East No. 1A No. 6 Block, situated in Block X, Orahiri Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 21677, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

TE PUIA HOT SPRINGS RESERVE.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section No. 88, Suburbs of Te Puia Township. Bounded towards the north by McKenzie Street; towards the east by O’Rorke Street; towards the south by Carroll Street; and towards the west by Section No. 133: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57596/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods 21 perches, more or less, being Section No. 118, Suburbs of Te Puia Township. NUHAKA THERMAL-SPRINGS RESERVE.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 570 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block XV, Nuhaka North Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section No. 23 (school-site), thence by road-line, thence by Section No. 19 (cemetery reserve), and thence by aforesaid road-line; towards the east by Sections Nos. 11 and 21; towards the south by Section No. 6, Block XIX; and towards the west by a public road and the crossing of a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57182/11B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

FOREST RESERVE, LAKE WAIKAREMOANA.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 600 acres, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Waikaremoana Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Lake Waikaremoana; towards the east generally by Lake Waikaremoana; towards the south and again towards the east by the Tukurangi Native Reserve; again towards the south by public road and Lake Waikaremoana; and towards the west generally by Lake Waikaremoana: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57182/11A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 7,700 acres, more or less, situated in Waikaremoana Survey District. Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of Block XVII and forest reserve; on the east by Native and Crown land; on the south by Section No. 5, Block IV, Waiau Survey District, and the Waikaretabeke River; and on the west generally by Lake Waikaremoana and Native land: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57182/11A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WAIKAREMOANA.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 8,629 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks XXV, XXVI, XIV, and XV, Waikaremoana, and Block I, Waiau Survey District. Commencing at the north-western corner of Section No. 1, Block V, Waiau Survey District; thence towards the north-west by the Waikaremoana West Survey District boundary to Trig. Station 181; towards the north generally by the southern side of a road along the southern boundary of Lake Wairau Moana to the south-west corner of section (Urewera Tribe Native Reserve), by the aforesaid section to the southern side of a road along the southern boundary of Lake Waikaremoana to the western boundary of Section No. 1, Block I, Waiau Survey District; towards the south-east by Section No. 1, Block I, Waiau Survey District, to the south-western corner of the aforesaid section; towards the south-west, in a westerly direction, by a right line at right angles to the aforesaid section, 57 chains; again towards the south-east by a right line to peg No. cxxx and northern boundaries of Blocks II and XXVII, Waiau Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 1, Block V, Waiau Survey District; towards the south by the aforesaid section to place of commencement: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 58393/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
