NOTICE is hereby given that the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Hastings on the 16th day of September, 1909, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application by Kereihi Manupiri and others to the Chief Judge of the said Court, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” to amend the order appointing successors to Ngahuka Tungia, deceased, for the Kenepuru No. 2A Block.

WHEREAS the said order of the Native Land Court appointing successors to the said Ngahuka Tungia, deceased, for the said block was appealed against, and such appeal was dealt with by the Appellate Court: And whereas the above-named application, under section 39 aforesaid, was thereafter made to me, and was referred by me, under section 24 of “The Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1908,” to the Appellate Court for inquiry and report: And whereas the Appellate Court has reported that such amendment should not be made: It is hereby ordered that the said application be and the same is hereby dismissed.
