NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of “The Land Act, 1908,” that the undermentioned land will be disposed of, under section 128 of the said Act, on or after Friday, the 12th day of November, 1909.

This section consists generally of good flat land, of which about 5¾ acres is covered with manuka and a little gorse, 2¾ acres covered with manuka, and 5¼ acres open land which has already been ploughed. Situated about six miles and a quarter from Richmond, five miles and a half of which is a good metalled road, the balance an unformed road.
