A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Rodney County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Pakiri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

W HEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1908,” for a certain work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Omapere Survey District:

And whereas the Bay of Islands County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of the said road.
