Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the hereinbefore-recited power and authority, do hereby set apart for the picking and sale of oysters, under section forty of the said Act, the Middle Subdivision of the Northern Oyster-fishery, which includes all bays, estuaries, and tidal waters between Ti Point, on the south side of the entrance to the River Waitangi, in the Bay of Islands, and a point on high-water mark of the sea due east of Trig. Station No. 3, Mataka, near Cape Wiwiki.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Setting apart Crown Lands as a State Coal-mine.

PLUNKET, Governor.

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Coal-mines Act, 1908,” and in exercise of the powers thereby conferred, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,821 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks II and III, Ngakawau Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the northern boundary of the said Block III, from the north-western corner of that block to the north-western corner of Section No. 8, Block III aforesaid; thence towards the south-east by a right line through Trig. Station AN to the Ngakawau River; thence towards the south generally by the Ngakawau River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 97, Town of Hector; thence towards the south-west by a right line to the easternmost corner of the said Section No. 97; thence by that section to its northernmost corner; thence towards the north-west by Section No. 2, Block II aforesaid, to its north-eastern corner; and thence by a right line to the north-western corner of Block III aforesaid, the place of commencement: as the same is delineated on the plan marked Mines 1909/519, deposited in the Head Office, Mines Department, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Regulations for the Conservation and Use of the Hanmer Springs Sanatorium, Thermal Springs, and Grounds.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three hundred and twenty-nine of “The Land Act, 1908,” and all other powers and authorities enabling me on that behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do by this notification revoke the charges for residence, including medical attendance, medicine, nursing, and baths, contained in the Regulations for the Conservation and Use of the Hanmer Springs Sanatorium, Thermal Springs, and Grounds, made on the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and do hereby substitute the following in lieu thereof, to take effect on and from the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, that is to say,--
