Lands proclaimed as a Street in Allotment 16, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland, Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Grey Lynn.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and of the lessees of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Grey Lynn Borough Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a street the lands in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.
