Bounded towards the north by Kokohuia Block, towards the east by Taiwhatiwhati (Waianui) No. 1M No. 8 Block, towards the south by Taiwhatiwhati (Waianui) No. 1K Block, and towards the west by Piriti and Putoetoe Blocks.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, situated in the Hokianga Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Taiwhatiwhati (Waianui) No. 1M No. 1 Block. Bounded towards the north by Taiwhatiwhati (Waianui) Nos. 1M No. 3 and 1M No. 2 Blocks; towards the south-east by Section 8, Block VII, Hokianga Survey District, the termination of a road, and again by Section 8, Block VII, Hokianga Survey District; and towards the south-west by Pukanui Block, the crossing of a public road, and again by Pukanui Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 19 acres 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, situated in the Hokianga Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Taiwhatiwhati (Waianui) No. 1M No. 3 Block. All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 32 acres, more or less, situated in the Waoku Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio A No. 1B Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Te Tio A No. 1A Block, towards the south-east by Te Tio D Block, towards the south-west by Te Tio A No. 1C Block, and towards the north-west by the Waima River.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 64 acres, more or less, situated in the Waoku Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio A No. 1C Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Te Tio A No. 1B Block, towards the south-east by Te Tio D Block, and towards the west generally by the Kawitu or Ohuri Creek and the Waima River.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 160 acres, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka and Waoku Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio A No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north by Section 3, Block XV, Mangamuka Survey District, towards the east by the Mangatete Creek and Te Tio B No. 1 Block, towards the south by the Waima South Block, and towards the west by Te Tio D and A No. 1 Blocks.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 150 acres, more or less, situated in the Waoku and Mangamuka Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio B No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north by the Waima River, towards the east by Te Tio C Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, towards the south by Section 2, Block III, Waoku Survey District, and Waima South Block, and towards the west by Te Tio B No. 1 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio C No. 1 Block. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by the Waima River, towards the south by Te Tio C No. 2 Block, and towards the west by Te Tio B No. 2 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, situated in the Waoku and Mangamuka Survey Districts, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio C No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north by Te Tio C No. 1 Block; towards the east by the Waima River and the Awatawai Creek; towards the south by Section 2, Block III, Waoku Survey District, the termination of a road, and again by Section 2, Block III, Waoku Survey District; and towards the west by Te Tio B No. 2 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, situated in the Waoku Survey District, to the Land District of Auckland, and known as Te Tio D Block. Bounded towards the north by Te Tio A No. 1 Block, towards the east by Te Tio A No. 2 Block, towards the south by Waima South Block, and towards the west by the Kawitu or Ohuri Creek.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 325 acres, more or less (save and excepting Te Rakepuka, a burial-ground, containing 2 acres 1 rood 15 perches, which is included in the area herein described), situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Utakura No. 1B2D Block. Bounded towards the north by Utakura No. 1B2C Block, towards the east by Utakura Nos. 1B2M and 1B2K Blocks, towards the south by Crown land, and towards the west by Utakura No. 2B1D Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 149 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Utakura No. 2D No. 11 Block. Bounded towards the north by Utakura No. 2D No. 10 Block, towards the east by Utakura No. 2B1D Block, towards the south by the Ruato Stream, and towards the west by Utakura No. 2D No. 12 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 61 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Utakura No. 2D No. 13 Block. Bounded towards the north by Section 1, Block XII, Mangamuka Survey District; towards the east and south-east by Utakura No. 2D No. 14 Block, a stream, and the Ruato Stream; and towards the west by Utakura No. 2D No. 16 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 211 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Utakura No. 2D No. 14 Block.
