NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company's office, Hobson Buildings, Auckland, on the 18th day of June, 1909, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 23rd day of June, 1909, the following resolutions were passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under "The Companies Act, 1908."
