A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional certificate of title in the name of
LUCY GULBERTI MILESI, of Wellington, Married
Woman, for part Section 131, City of Wellington, being
all the land in Vol. 16, fol. 243, Wellington Registry, and
evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the
said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue
the provisional certificate of title as requested unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 8th day of
July, 1909.

N OTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 223 of
“The Companies Act, 1908,” that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the members of the above-named com-
pany, duly convened, and held at 6 to 9 Tyrone Buildings,
Customs Street, Auckland, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, on the 17th day of June, 1909, at 12.15 in the
afternoon, the following extraordinary resolution was duly
passed:—

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the
   company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
