NOTICE.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1908.”

NOTICE is hereby given that WUNDERLICH (LIMITED), a company incorporated in Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, proposes to carry on business in New Zealand; and that the office or place of business in New Zealand where legal process of any kind may be served upon the company, and notice of any kind may be addressed or delivered, will be at the company’s factory, Adelaide Road, Wellington.

NOTICE OF ALTERATION OF SURNAME.

I, ALEXANDER SMITH, an Officer in the Mercantile Marine, and at present second officer of the steamship “Koromiko,” registered at Dunedin, in the Dominion of New Zealand, and for many years past known as “Alexander Coe-Smith,” hereby give notice that by a deed poll dated the 15th day of December, 1908, and filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington on the 17th day of December, 1908, I formally abandoned the surname of “Smith” and adopted the surname of “Coe-Smith,” and declared my intention thenceforth to use, and subscribe, and be known by, the name of “ALEXANDER COE-SMITH” exclusively.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A QUARRY THROUGH PART OF SECTION 21 OF SUBDIVISION OF PART OF ALLOTMENT 166, PARISH OF PEPEPE.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed by the Raglan County Council, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” to execute a certain public work—to wit, the providing of a quarry—and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that plans of the land so required to be taken for a quarry is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Main Road, Ngaruawahia, and at the office of Raglan Town Board, Bow Street, Town of Raglan, and are there open for inspection. And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public work or by
