Adjournment of Sitting of the Native Land Court at Kaikohe.

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Land Court which was notified to be held at Kaikohe on the 26th day of January, 1909, has been adjourned to the 10th day of February, 1909, at the same place.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by C. R. Bayley, to amend the order of the Court of the 10th December, 1902, appointing successors in Okotuku, Sections 405 and 66B, to the estate of Heta Manurua, deceased, therein.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas, by error, the names of Hine Koropango and Te Atamirikura were included in the said order for succession:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of succession dated the 10th day of December, 1902, made in the matter of Heta Manurua, deceased, for Okotuku, Sections 405 and 66B, is hereby amended by striking out the names of Hine Koropango and Te Atamirikura as part successors therein.
