Survey District, Mangawhero Road District, Wanganui
County.

PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William
Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of
the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the
Mangawhero Road Board, being the local authority in
whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a
road the land in Ngamatea Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as
above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief
Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight
Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Dominion, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this fourteenth day of January, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and nine.

Stopping Government Road in Block VII, Makotuku Survey
District, Waimarino County.
PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three,
subsection (c), of “The Public Works Act, 1908,”
it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government
road or any part thereof:
And whereas the road described in the Schedule hereto is
no longer required for the purpose of a road in Block VII,
Makotuku Survey District:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of
the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as
stopped the road in Block VII, Makotuku Survey District,
described in the Schedule hereto.

ERRATA. — In the special order made by the Hokianga County Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
page 3297, dated 23rd December, 1908, No. 106, read the district named therein as “Waimamaku” instead of
“Waimanaku.”
In the special order made by the Patea County Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette, page 3297, dated
23rd December, 1908, No. 106, read name of road as “Mangitangi” instead of “Mangatingi.”
In the New Zealand Gazette dated 24th December, 1908, Regulations under “The Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act, 1908,” and its amendments, page 3335, Form I (1), line 6, should read “as an industrial union” instead
of “of an industrial union.” Page 3340, Form I (37), last line, should read “or employer” instead of “of employer.”
Page 3342, Form I (48), twelfth line, delete words “[or such less sum as the Magistrate may think fit].” Page 3343,
Form I (51), should read “or Registrar” instead of “or Clerk of Awards.”
